New Policy Changes Coming to DMV
Citizens of Virginia will not be allowed to use a federal employment authorization card as a form of identication to obtain a Virginia driver’s license. The potential change is following a deadly accident where Carlos Montano was driving drunk and slammed into a car with nuns, killing Sister Denise Mosier. Montano used a federal employment authorization card to a get a driver’s license, which was later suspended.
