Arrest Warrant Issued For Singer Tyrese Over Alleged Dog Killing

An arrest warrant for animal cruelty has been issued for singer Tyrese Gibson after he failed to surrender his 4 dogs that allegedly killed a neighborhood dog while loose. Tyrese claims to have been out of town when the incident happened and has since put the dogs new environments other than his Atlanta neighborhood.
