Juveniles Charged With Assaulting Student on School Bus Twice

There is a criminal complaint being filed against to middle school boys for inappropriately touching a 13-year-old Elizabeth Davis Middle School student. Chesterfield County police say, the first incident happened January 30th on a school bus and the second incident happened February 1st, also on a school bus.
