Girl Power (the original Spice Girls mantra) has taken on a whole new meaning with former Spice Girl, Mel B. The beautiful mother of three recently opened up about her admittedly very open sex life, co-parenting with superstar Eddie Murphy and how she got the name Scary Spice. The interviewer must have kept the drinks flowing because Mel B was def loose lipped about loving sex so much, she couldn’t limit herself to just one gender in the bedroom:

“People call me lesbian, bisexual or heterosexual, but I know who’s in my bed and that’s it… I have a huge libido and a great sex life.” “Which is true,” she says. “Well, I did have a four-year relationship with a woman. But I’ve been very happily married for seven years to a penis. Ha ha! An amazing guy.” Does he know she refers to him as a penis? “Well, you know what I mean. But I’ve definitely not been shy or been one to hold back. If I wanted to try something, I did. I had a girlfriend. So what?”

Because Chris Rock is promoting his new amazing comedy Top Five (seriously go see it, every funny Black person in the world is in it), he sat down with Vulture for a rather in-depth interview where he shared his thoughts on everything from rich people to Ferguson to President Obama and Black people to Ike & Tina Turner, Chris left no stone unturned.

And in typical Chris Rock chatter, you’re going to want to read this. The conversation hit a lot of heavy topics, but the funnyman kept things light while still digging into society’s perceptions on race relations. When asked about being a journalist and what he would cover, Rock said he’d be in Ferguson right now and that his reporting would not only be in-depth, but funny. “I’d do a special on race, but I’ have no Black people.” Rock shared. That was the comment that opened up the conversation of race and Chris said:

Yes, that would be an event. Here’s the thing. When we talk about race relations in America or racial progress, it’s all nonsense. There are no race relations. White people were crazy. Now they’re not as crazy. To say that black people have made progress would be to say they deserve what happened to them before.

But the thing is, we treat racism in this country like it’s a style that America went through. Like flared legs and lava lamps. Oh, that crazy thing we did. We were hanging black people. We treat it like a fad instead of a disease that eradicates millions of people. You’ve got to get it at a lab, and study it, and see its origins, and see what it’s immune to and what breaks it down.

So, to say Obama is progress is saying that he’s the first black person that is qualified to be president. That’s not black progress. That’s white progress. There’s been black people qualified to be president for hundreds of years. If you saw Tina Turner and Ike having a lovely breakfast over there, would you say their relationship’s improved? Some people would. But a smart person would go, “Oh, he stopped punching her in the face.” It’s not up to her. Ike and Tina Turner’s relationship has nothing to do with Tina Turner. Nothing. It just doesn’t. The question is, you know, my kids are smart, educated, beautiful, polite children. There have been smart, educated, beautiful, polite black children for hundreds of years. The advantage that my children have is that my children are encountering the nicest white people that America has ever produced. Let’s hope America keeps producing nicer white people.

It’s about white people adjusting to a new reality?

Owning their actions. Not even their actions. The actions of your dad. Yeah, it’s unfair that you can get judged by something you didn’t do, but it’s also unfair that you can inherit money that you didn’t work for.

The news has been so heavy lately, we so appreciate when there’s something either hilariously funny or adorably cute to gawk at to lift our spirits. That something today is North West. North’s mommy, Kim Kardashian shared a photo of her on Instagram rocking a D Lux Goatskin Fur Cape ($1,025) and Charlotte Olympia Kitty Flats ($495) to go over to a friend’s house.

The adorable tot has been seen rocking some freakin’ cute and very fashionable outfits that are typically best on people older than one. Remember back in September during Fashion Week when North rocked a mommy and me Black sheer outfit? Totes inappropes for a child, but we can’t help but love it–it’s cute! Kimye are arguably one of the most fashionable couples out…right now and it makes total sense that they dress their little bundle of cuteness up in designer threads. North has been spotted wearing Chanel, Yves Saint Laurent and Lorraine Schwartz while we’re still trying to pay our November rent. Life is so fair. We’re sure North is only going to rock that fur cape just once, so we’ll gladly take it off mommy and daddy’s rich hands, you know…to pay our rent.

Donald Sterling’s alleged visor-wearing mistress, V. Stiviano is about to get dragged into his legal web of racism. theJasmineBRAND.com is exclusively reporting that Stivano will have to take the stand under oath during the upcoming trial and answer questions about the the infamous recording she made.

Back in September, Sterling filed a civil lawsuit in Los Angeles Superior Court, seeking damages from his wife, the NBA and NBA commissioner Adam Silver. According to newly filed court docs in the case, Sterling argues he should not have been kicked out of the league because the recording of him was taken illegally. The NBA replied, claiming Sterling had no expectation of privacy. In fact, when they asked for the list of witnesses, Sterling volunteered his wife Rochelle Stein and Stiviano.

And it was just last month that Sterling was countersued by the NBA. They demanded damages for what he’s cost the NBA in his attempt to block the sale of the LA Clippers. Oooh, honey, this is getting too juicy! This trial is set to start early next year and we’re keeping our ears open for the tea!

Amber Rose recently announced her separation from rapper hubby Wiz Khalifa and cited infidelities as the reason the two were no longer one. So it’s not surprise that it took Wiz less than a month to have a new lady on his arm. Former Vh1 star and winner of “Flavor Of Love,” and radio personality London “Deelishis” Charles is rumored to be the pot-smokin’ lyricist’s new flame.

It all started when Deelishis recently twerked to the same Wiz song Amber Rose twerked to when his album Blacc Hollywood dropped. Then two were spotted together over Thanksgiving weekend looking very cozy, but Deelishis told Media Outrage:

“I Just want to confirm that he and I are friends, and that he is DIVORCED full and complete.”

“And I would’ve never taken an interest with a married man. We’re Just friends…at this time.”

At this time? Ok. We see you Deelishis. You and all your rotund rear end glory. If anyone’s cakes can rival Amber Rose’s…it’s hers. What do you think of Wiz and Deelishis? He’s like a new Flavor Flav, no? This girl may have a type!
